Our 150-seat award-winning Aubergine Grille is a show kitchen restaurant, where you can watch our culinary masters prepare your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Aubergine, the French name for eggplant, an extremely adaptable vegetable, is reflective of the versatility of our menus and atmosphere.
With oversize windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grille spills over to our patio, where we can accommodate an additional 70 seats in the summer months. Our patio is considered the place to be for sunset dining in Whistler.
Our menus change seasonally and for dinner, the entreés are perfectly paired with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list, which Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized with their "Award of Excellence" for the past five years.

FIREROCK LOUNGE

Aptly named for the feature wall stone fireplace, the FireRock Lounge offers an intimate setting within unusual finishing materials such as river rock, log ends and hickory sticks.
With Whistler being a four-season destination, the FireRock Lounge is ideal for an après ski drink in the winter or a celebratory cheer for scoring 'a hole in one' at one of the four championship golf courses in the area in the summer.
So, whether it is to whet the appetite before dinner in our Aubergine Grille restaurant, or to catch a sporting event on TV, or just to enjoy a great snack from a wonderful menu of tapas favourites, the FireRock Lounge is the place to be.
