Aubergine Grille Restaurant in Whistler

Our 150-seat award-winning Aubergine Grille is a show kitchen restaurant, where you can watch our culinary masters prepare your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

With oversize windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grille spills over to to our patio, where we can accommodate an additional 70 seats in the summer months.

Our menus change seasonally and for dinner, the entrees are perfectly paired with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list, which Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized with their "Award of Excellence" for the past six years.
